Computer booted after turning on and off by itself but was not standing and the panel was off, so I turned it off to fix these. Computer returns to non-functioning state; Moved around RAM and got to the UEFI, changed some settings Make sure all the PSU cable ends are plugged into the GPU properly and in the correct power rail of the PSU. From my previous post, I suggest that you try what is quoted above. It sounds like you were able to get the old GPU running in the system again, so try DDU before installing the new GPU.
