Conditions of Participation Registration fee is USD 450 or EUR 400. The second and every subsequent participant from the same organisation is granted a 10% discount. The registration fee is not subject to VAT. The form of payment: by a non-cash transfer. The participant’s registration fee includes:
The cost of accommodation at the hotel is not included in the registration fee.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS For participating in the Conference you should fill in the Registration Application Form and send it to the Organising Committee via e-mail: seminar@insur-info.ru. After that the Agreement and the payment bill will be sent to you. Please contact our managers that you have received an application. Applications for participation in the Conference are accepted from September 1, 2016 to November 7, 2016. After November 7, 2016, each application will be considered individually, depending on availability of vacant seats.
Registration Cancellation and Members Replacement Each participant has the right to withdraw from participating in the Conference, in this case the Organising Committee returns to the Organisation the paid registration fee net of 15% of the registration fee. For processing the withdrawal from participation in the Conference and funds returning the Organisation must send a notification to the Organising Committee in the period up to November 1, 2016. The withdrawal, received by the Organising Committee after November 1, 2016, does not provide for a refund of registration fee. Replacement of participants is made during the registration period from September 1, 2016 to November 7, 2016 by written notification addressed to the Organising Committee. |
